Mara Under Canvas

Mara Mara Under Canvas is a luxury temporary safari camp ideally located near the Mara River in the northern Serengeti, offering guests a front-row seat to one of nature’s most dramatic events — the Great Migration. Every year, vast herds of wildebeest and zebra cross the river, braving crocodile-infested waters in their timeless journey across the Serengeti plains.

Open from June to November, this intimate camp allows guests to stay close to the migration route and explore the untouched wilderness of northern Serengeti. With only ten double tents and one family tent, the camp ensures privacy, exclusivity, and an authentic connection to nature.
